I would like to convert a psd of a blog design to wordpress so that I can update the contents myself.
1. The left side should have a separate scrollbar.
2. When clicking on READ MORE, it should expand the window in the same page.
3. Responsive Design
4. This has to be considered as a quarterly/monthly newsletter not a blog.
5. The Issue & Vol# should be editable. It can be manually inserted.
6. Please note that there is an ARCHIVE link at the bottom of the page. When clicked on a previous month, it should show another issue.
7. This issue will be with different SUB MENU's and different content.
8. So in the admin module, there should be an option to edit the contents for each month separately.
9. While creating the post also, it should give a drop down to select the month/issue#
10. The welcome message on the top should have a close button. Once the reader clicks on that close button, that welcome message will disappear and the posts will move up. That window will not come again for that particular user on that issue. (this is an optional feature. if it is difficult to do, do not do)
11. The other pages like, NEWS, STORIES & CONTENT will have the same layout as the HOME page.
12. In the admin panel, we should have the option to add pages under those menu.
13. The right panel of the design will be intact. It will be the same on all the menu's.
