Create Wordpress plugin - automotive maintenance tracker

This website application will allow people to track installation and maintenance of motor vehicle conversion systems. Must be: coded in php & mysql works as a wordpress plugin User experience: - A person signs up through the wordpress default process. - After registration they should be able to create a car profile (they should be able to add unlimited car profiles). They input this car’s current mileage and estimated monthly driving mileage. - Required fields will be customised, and input personal data, so must be secured. Will include name, and address of vehicle owner, email address, VIN number of vehicle, parts installed with serial numbers, etc - The user has the ability to create custom reminders and track them - When a person logs in, they should be able to see a history of the maintenance they’ve done. - User will have the ability to upload pictures and have a place for additional comments. Admin experience: - Admin must be able to create new maintenance items and set a default time & mileage specification. - Should be able to browse through user entries and see all custom entries they have made - Ability to track and find parts, and or VIN numbers.
