Create a customer membership for Magento/ solve a few issues

Hi, we are about to have our grand opening of our Magento Ecommerce. We need some last minute additions added to our website. We need a customer membership built into our website. And we have a couple issues that we need fixed. The task is: We would now like offer customers a membership to our service. -This would consist of a 6 month membership and 1 year membership. -We would need to be able to enable and disable both of these memberships. -Also, we would need to have the ability to change the prices of the memberships when we need to which should reflect on the front side also . -We need to be able to offer coupons/promos/discounts codes for a cheaper price on the membership(this could most likely be completed under the "promotions" section of magento) we would just need directions. -We would need a small design link(or similar) placed on each of our pages, that customers can click on to purchase either of the memberships. The price might be displayed in the design. These links would disappear if we disabled the membership in the backend. -When a customer would purchase a membership, this would let them receive free "Same day shipping". The membership would be tied together with their login information. And when the customer goes to check out they would only have the "Same Day Shipping" option which they should not be charged for. -Also, customers with memberships should still have options to pay for our faster shipping but at a discounted rate. Also, we just implemented a a SSL into our website and it does not show on all pages of our website, we would need this fixed. Also when it was installed it will now not allow us to fully checkout on our site. We would need this fixed to. It will allows us to get all the way to the payment information section but not past that. All of this will need to be completed fairly quickly
