Create an image host wordpress theme

Warning: my buget is 1000$ max The site needs to look and function exactly as I say. The site is based off of [login to view URL] I will provide all images needed. It has to be in a wordpress theme that I can easily upload. Colors used: Light grey used for logos and text: #C4C4C4 Background: #292929 Header color: #232323 I will divide up each page to tell you what I want. The home page will look like this: [login to view URL] When you click the logo, it will bring you to the home page. When you click the upload symbol this will happen: [login to view URL] It will have the same functionality as the uploader of http://imgur.com. Including the ability to upload multiple images. You will only be able to upload .jpg, .png, .gif, and webm. When you upload a image it will bring you to a page like this: [login to view URL] The image you uploaded will be displayed, with the date of when it was posted and number of views it has. There is also a space for an ad. When you click the image it will enlarge the image to its full size. You will not need an account to upload an image. When you click the three rectangles this will happen: [login to view URL] A menu will drop down and I will be able to choose the menu items in the control panel. On the homepage the images will be sorted by the most viewed of the past 24 hours When you click sign in or sign up, it brings you to a page like this [login to view URL] It will let you sign in or up. Signing up with an email is optional. When you click forgot password, it brings you to this page [login to view URL] When you type you email it will either brings you to page saying that a recovery email was sent to you or that that email is not in the system. When you sign in, it will look like this [login to view URL] The username would change to whatever his username is. When you click the username this will happen [login to view URL] When you select upload it brings you to a page of all their uploads that looks like this [login to view URL] When you click profile it will bring you to a page that looks like this [login to view URL] When you click settings it brings you to a page like this [login to view URL] when you click change email, it changes the email.
