Create an unusual Webshop

----!!!!---- Please read before you bid ----!!!!---- Idea: A number of real shop owners hasn\\\'t got a knowledge about the word wide web. They are concentrated on their local business in their local real shop. My idea is to offer them a platform, a webpage-ecommerce solution, where they can create an account, insert their products and sell them directly to the buyers. It should be something between a auction platform like ebay and an usual onlineshop. The sellers login to their profile and can add their payment and shipping conditions, they can make an \\\"about us\\\" profile, where they can insert products, titles, descriptions, quantities etc. In their profile there should get a history of their advertisments and payments, downloadable by PDF for each month. The buyers should have to insert their information like shipping address etc. and should get a history of their buyed products too. The sellers should choose between different memberships with different fees for the general use of this platform. If the seller insert a new product, he should pay another fee for this advertisement and if he sold this product, he should pay another commission (%) to the plattform. The new page should calculate all those payment-points automaticly. That means, if a seller create an account, he will choose his membership. The page will show him the paypal or bank information that he can transfer the payment. His membership will be activated after the payment. After the activation, he can insert his products. The main categories are done by the Administrator of this page. That means that the seller only assign his products to the already inserted categories - like on ebay. Those main categories are be inserted, modified and created by the administrator. During this process the seller describe his product, set the price, set the price for the payment, gives add. information to payment and shipping and show his terms too. The page will count all costs of his advertisements and settle him every 30 days a bill automaticly. All those costs including the a protocol of the advertisment of all profiles must be shown into the backend. There should also a possibility to generate a PDF Statement of all profiles. All fees, advertisement prices and commissions can be handled through the backend of this new platform. That means, if the fee for the membership A is in 2015 usd 99, i have to get the possibility to change it to usd 89 in the 2016. The same for the prices for the advertisements and commissions.
