Create wordpress autoresponder

I need a simple autoresponder created similar to Aweber.com. It needs to be a wordpress plugin with the following features. - Create subscriber lists - Import/export subscribers - Send broadcast emails (specific date/time) - Send follow up series (day 1, day 2, etc.) - Create opt-in forms (that can be customized with css) - Automation rules (when user signs up on list A, remove from list B) - Segmentation (do not send email to subscribers with tag A) - Daisy chain lists (when subscriber finishes series A, start series B) - Show clicks, opens, sales from mailings - Use server for sending mail (not Amazon, Mailgrid, etc.) - Compose emails through wordpress (visual or text) Once this plugin is completed and the project is finished, I would retain full rights to it. I would need to be able to contact you for 30 days to fix any bugs that come up in the programming. Anything past that would be another paid project. Please do NOT bid on this project if you have not created similar software or if your english is not easy to understand. It's often much faster to jump on skype and talk verses waiting for email responses or chat, so excellent spoken english is critical. After this project is completed, I will have more work for the right programmer, so keep your budget low on this first job to ensure ongoing work.
