Create a wordpress extend plugin (hook)

I want someone to create Wordpress extend plugin that would work with Fancy Product Design plugin on wordpress woocommerce. you can try this plugin demo here [login to view URL] Important!! Since this is an extended plugin to FPD ... i must be able to update designer plugin. What this extended plugin will do is... - while designing, allow user to have option to add/switch minor product change (only apply on defined product or category) (For example, user can change the design of the t-shirt pocket to be rounded edge or square edge or hidden pocket or no pocket or 2 colors pocket) - allow admin to create option, option lists and define what option would have on which product or category (For example, create option "T-Shirt Pocket", there will be option1 - rounded edge, option2 - square edge, ... and so on ... and this option will activate to any product in T-Shirt category) Programming description... 1. allow admin to assign "part" to individual layer of each product .. ex, layer 1 and layer 2 is "pocket" part 2. allow admin to add option and option lists (for example, pocket option, option list 1 round edge pocket - part pocket - and add layer(s) and their detail of this option) 2. assign options to product(s) / category(s) 3. display button on designer for user to be able to add/switch option (minor product chage)
