We need to create a SUBMIT button to our PDF formular (we have a contract there), where will be possible to send the formular to our email, without email clients(the program will use some php server or different way). My idea is, that our sales manager will have a tablet(samsung, apple, doesnt matter), where he will be able to open and fill contract in Adobe PDF. The customer sign the contract on tablet screen with stylus, then sales manager press "SEND THE CONTRACT" in PDF, and the PDF will be automatically send to our comapny email, or loading somewhere on server. My target is that our sales manager will not have to save the PDF, open email clients, attach the files, fill our email address and send the doucment for us. Eveything must happen when you press SEND. In PDF, in fact I can prepare the button myself where I put the link, the problem is to prepare server side I think.

Hi there, This is how usually form PDF form submit via email works.... 1) user is asked to choose their email program if not already done so; 2) once the program opens, the filled in PDF is automatically attached and the predefined email address automatically filled into Send to field. ; 3) user may add some details before sending the email and then click on send to submit the form via email As I understand you don't like to go through that process, we shall have to create some php/javascript. Please tell me where this PDF form will be hosted for filling and signing in?
