So you want a _single_ algorithm to use all four mentioned data to match users, is that correct? Or you want several algorithms and let your users choose by which one they want to be matched? Please clarify all your points. 1. What else do you wanna discuss? Would be enough to set a fixed distance or a user selected distance and then match all possible users within that distance? What other considerations would you like taken into account? 2. Please do provide the specifics mentioned. 3. What do you mean by "Match users by Newness of account by specific radius"? Isn't radius already taken into account on point 1? Also, how would you like to match based on newness? New accounts with new accounts? Old with new? Please describe exactly this requirement. 4. What would be the way to match? By a user selected attractiveness level? Like user choosing something like: "Show me only people with attractiveness more than 400", or "Show me only people as attractive as me" (and we should choose an acceptable comparable margin). Please describe this too in detail. I cannot really give you a proper quote until I know more about the tasks you want done. In particular my first questions. Thank you.

Hello, I have been working the Internet for the last 10 years for international clients. My specific fields of expertise is providing R & D help for both businesses and students. I have to date, most recently, provided viable mathematical models for a New York consultancy to the trucking industry. It had a similar requirement to yours. Besides, I have also worked on mathematical models for bar codes in the US. At present, I have bid low because I can definitely provide a mathematical model, together with it incorporated in an excel worksheet. You can then get this model developed into any software platform you require. Please note that my solution via a mathematical model will be definite though I cannot provide it in any software related algorithm other than excel. You will have to do that elsewhere.
