We are looking for a team or individual who is experienced in several skillsets to give us advice on what would be the best course of action to complete a certain task.

Our goal is to perform a certain set of actions based on custom field inputs on a webpage. Once a button is pressed on the webpage the script will execute.

The script will parse the information passed to it. Once done, it will access a directory on the centos server and make a copy to a certain other directory naming the new folder a specific name depending on the parsed information. The directory will contain certain html files that will need to be edited based on the input parsed. The script will also need to send an email to the parsed email address in html with custom text and images.

I've attached a flowchart to understand what is required.

I will only entertain freelancers who engage in asking me questions they might not understand on the specifics of this project. Also, i want to here suggestions in your comments on what method you will use, php, restful, soap, xml ect... and how.
