Develop HTML Subnav to existing primary nav

Hi there, I have three things for someone who is skilled and has worked with HTML, CSS, and jQuery numerous times before. Below are things things that need to be completed. 1. I am looking for someone to develop a very simple sub nav for my existing navigation. There is nothing to elaborate, just a simple static HTML nav that needs two sub nav list items or "Li's". I would do this myself but I'm very busy at the moment. I've attached a image which I will iterate over in this description. I currently have a "Main Nav" with 4 Li's. I need someone to develop a subnav once a user hovers/mouseover's the "Make Up" nav list item. Once a user hovers over the "Make Up" list item using jQuery possibly using .fadeIn() I need two additional Subnav Li's to render. The First will be "Commercials" the second will be "Weddings", Once the user leaves ideally the two sub nav list items will fade out. On mobile I will need the two list items to just render below "make up" in the mobile nav. There will be no fadeIn or fadeOut on mobile. 2. Currently There are what I am going to call "White Bars" rendering to give added designed/effect/look/feel etc to the home page/index. However, these bars resize ever so often making the rendering not consistant always. I need to have the "White Bars" render the same height always on all enviorments (Mobile, Tablet, Desktop). If needed I can describe further in depth. 3. First and Second Images on Slider. Currently the first and second images on the slider on desktop experiences are rendering not as desired. I need the faces ofthe people to be visible showcasing the clients actual work. I think within jQuery targeting some sort of background-position-y: -px should be able to resolve this.
