Develop a HTML 5 or PHP based call center reporting tool for Asterisk based call centers Must have to qualify: 1) Candidate must have extremely good knowledge and experience of Asterisk 11 and 13,MySQL as well as HTML 5 OR PHP. 2) Proof of past work my be required and/or excellent Freelancer profile required. Need to know: 1) Frontend web application that can use either HTML 5 or PHP. 2) Service will be hosted on a LAMP stack server (Centos 6/7) and will be installed per Asterisk server (no multi tenancy required for now) 3) Should be able to disable/enable using a licensing mechanism (open for discussion) 4) We will retain full intellectual property rights once the project is completed 5) All reports should be at least 98% accurate when compared to raw CDR data 6) Reports must be visually appealing and dynamic 7) Strict non-disclosure agreement will be required for the duration of project and afterwards. Requirements of reporting tool: 1) Should have the following default reports based on filter options (described below): a) Agent distribution (total number of calls, call duration, longest calls, average calls, idle time, session time (time from start of first call to last call), call cost) b) Group distribution - based on queues on PBX - (total number of calls, call duration, longest calls, average calls, idle time, call cost) c) Time of day analysis - based on answered vs unanswered calls of the past month for the selected filter - should indicate best time to phone d) Heat map - should show hourly calls/call duration per hour per agent in a grid format to indicate productivity. Should cycle from red to blue or blue to red based on user choice. e) Call statistics - Should be able to show total calls, call durations, call cost broken down over a hourly /daily / weekly / monthly period. f) Frequently dialled numbers - Show numbers that are dialled often to indicate abuse. Should also show the cost of the calls. Should be grouped by number and have drop down to show agent name that made the call. g) Detailed call breakdown showing agent name, queue, call length, ring time, talk time, disposition, link to call recording and be able to play call recording 2) Should be able to filter with one and/or more filters: a) Date range with calendar widget b) Time range with clock widget c) Inbound/outbound or both directions d) Agent name (pulls names from PBX extension list) e) Group/team name (pulls queue information from PBX queues) f) Number search (used to filter for any number - inbound or outbound) g) Call duration in seconds h) Call disposition (answered, busy,failed etc) i) Result limiter (default 100) j) Refresh - how often displayed results should refresh to show latest data. (15/30/60/120 seconds) If no filter is supplied only current date's results should be shown for all users and dispositions. 3) Required features a) Must be compatible with both Asterisk 11 and 13 b) All reports should be exportable to CSV and PDF. c) Reports should be able to be sent to an email address specified by user d) Chosen reports should be able to be saved and mailed via crontab scheduler e) Reports should be at least 97% accurate when compared to raw CDR data f) Should be able to add call stats from dialler solution that will be available via redis (this is an additional nice to have and can be quoted separately) g) Should be able to display reports in both grid and graph format h) Should be able to refresh data based on refresh filter. i) Must be able to add call destination rate cards that are editable by customer j) Currency symbol for call costs must be configurable (E.g. $, R, etc) k) Must be able to set base recording directory l) Reports should be fast as some call centers can make up to 30,000 calls per day. m) Should be able to whitelabel the report with company logo and possibly CSS/colour option n) Should be able to deal with calls that have no caller ID e.g. "Private", "Unknown"

1. We have been working with client in S. Africa. and we like to work with people there. 2. We have skills of PHP, Sql and Asterisk which is the requirement of the project. This project will also require huge skill of javascripts and some API. 3. we'll create an interactive dashboard for the call center system. 4. We'll sign NDA as requested. 5. Agent and group management. 6. Heat analysis. 7. all database management modules as discussed in the project description, 8. Report export module. this is a big CRM based application.
