HI, Make sure you input in CLI (SSH) this command for indexing. bin/magento indexer:reindex Or create a cron job using this command Goto the CPanel -> CronJob--> add new Cron Job --> Select Common Settings --> * * * * * ( Every Minute) --> add this code /usr/local/bin/php /home/(yourhostingusername)/public_html/bin/magento indexer:reindex This will fix the index issue
