I want a very very simple parental control webpage (harmful website login notifier) The webpage will not block harmful website per se. But it will sipmly notify the parents that their child has retrieved password. The software first asks me this: Type password for the harmful website : ______1____ Type email : ________2__ Type password to retrieve the password for harmful website: _____3_______ After that, the child should enter "3" to know the password for the harmful website. But the fact that the child has retrieved the password will be sent to the email address 2. Also, if someone (either parent or child) enters 3, then they can edit #1, the password for the harmful website. The parent will manually edit 1. If it is edited, the fact that the password was edited will also be emailed to the email address 2. If the email address 2 is edited, the fact that the email was edited will also be emailed to the email address 2 (the original email address before it changed.)

Recently i have worked on a project which notifies the registered person about any updates on the website. So i do have experience in this field and i can understand what your requirements are. I have enough knowledge in HTML and PHP to complete this task. 1)Basically, from your requirements, i need to design a webpage which encrypts the harmful_password for the harmful site and registers the email address with a password. 2)So whenever any one enters the password they ll be displayed the harmful_password and a alert message is sent to the email address that password for harmful website is leaked. Also you need a mechanism by which we can change the password on demand basis. And if the password is changed we need to alert by sending a email. Now the last case if the email is also changed along with password then we need to send alert message on prev email. I hope this is what you want.
