This project is for a Design Agency website - it will be a project portfolio website – and will be heavy on with images/photos and will be ab online portfolio to get more clients. The main goal it to have seamless transitions between all pages. AJAX or ANGULAR.JS to be utilised to achieve seamless page switching. You will need to advise which build platrorm is best. These is no design work involved - all programming/coding. There will be no Content Management System (CMS) - it's not needed. We're happy manually coding any updates/changes. All code will need to be 'commented' for ease of updates. You will need to advise best methods of builds, and be able to fully test and conduct Quality Assurance on completed. The website should be fully scalable/responsive – down to smartphone widths, right up to super wide desktop monitors. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Here are 4 website samples that show the design and coding performance that we are after: [login to view URL] - focus on this one as it’s the closest to what we require [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ You will need to be confident in building a similar website (listed above) from scratch. Layered Photoshop files will be provided, and we’ll be available to answer all your questions and guide you through all the templates as they are being built. [login to view URL] is probably the closest in style that we’ll be asking you to focus on as a real sample of direction. On the homepage you will need to apply a parallax script to the main images based on this code: [login to view URL] - it will need to be mobile device ‘tilt’ responsive well. We’d prefer a developer based in the Philippines – due to Australian working hours alignment for real time testing and feedback. But this is not essential – just preferred. Initially we are looking for front end coders/developers that can build the style of the website samples listed above. We’ll supply a full briefs, wireframes/layouts and master PSD files to the chosen contractor. We’ll be using the chosen contractor for all future updates and modifications. This will lead to more contracts for the chosen coder based on performance.
