Should be able to temporary save data in the phone if phone not having an internet connection when enter the data and post collected data as soon as connected to internet. Online database should be mySQL and no problem if Database in localhost (Computer and Phone in same WiFi network)

I've just started not at all aproffessional that's the reason i've put 40 days .I'm the one looking for challenges to learn and succeed. I wish the project is not needed so urgetly. If you need it slow and for a reasonable price I'm the best deal for you.
