I need a script or program in PHP, that will automatically make a list of all the new stuff I have uploaded to my site. My site is a picture site, (built with Dreamweaver) it has over 12,000 individual albums with anywhere between 1 to over 1000 pictures in each album. All albums are grouped into 4 major categories with numerous headings. Each heading has a list of the names for each album. I need the script/program to automatically generate a list of each update and post in on the update page along with the current date. For example: 10/21/17 I update in group 1 under the heading "A through AL", album number # 8. I need the update page to show the following: 10/21/17 Group 1, Album # 8 was updated (all the groups, headings and albums have names so that the actual name would be used instead of numbers) I will clarify more details on request. The website will be given out to the bid that I accept.

Hi, I can help you with this. A script to scan the files in your folders is easy to do but integrating it all in a way that works well with DW will require some design effort too. Is the update page a php page, or can it be converted to one? I would like to make sure you do not loose update log entries next time you decided to change something in DW and I would like to avoid the script changing time stamps to files managed in DW. (like your update web page, for example) You have a lot of files and for performance reasons I would suggest running the update script as a cron process. Would you be able to set this up?
