In case of App, if they already registered, they will enter his registered mobile no & receive an OTP & after OTP verification, they can login. g. Activation Process : a. After Registration/Enquiry, Welcome email & SMS will be triggered to Customer b. Customer will be contacted out of the system & convince his for a Membership Card c. Once He will be ready with a deal, then Deal/Package/Card will be updated from the Panel in his account & ask him to make the payment through his Login in Website/Mobile App. You can use out of the system payment mode also & after payment, update details in the system. d. After successful Payment, Payment receipt with Package details will be sent to Customer through email. e. Once his card will be ready, we can update the Card Details in the system or we can generate card no after making the payment with Inactive State and Print card with the same no. f. Once Card will be activated, Customer will get Card Information with an auto generated password with Mobile App link through email & SMS. g. Customer can login on Web & App & see his all related information with the company & view all Package & Service details, which can be availed 6. Merchant Account Activation Process a. Merchant Account will be created and activated, Merchant will get Login Information with an auto generated password with Web link through email & SMS. 7. Coupon Process a. Every Hotel & Service will have list of deal mentioned in it b. Customer can avail any discount of this services through Coupon Code only c. Customer will have option to generate coupon code through App/Web against each services d. As soon, customer will generate a coupon code for any service of a merchant, same coupon details will reflect in Merchant Login with Customer details, which can be used for verification while giving the discount e. Merchant can also generate coupon code for a customer through OTP verification from his login, in case Customer is only having the membership card with him & he doesn’t have any access of login services. f. Once coupon will be consumed through OTP verification, Merchant has to update the same in his panel. Customer & Merchant will get the notification for the same after updating. g.
