Build/Design the [login to view URL] Website

Initial Brief: [url removed, login to view] is a job search site which pulls job ads from all the leading job boards under one roof. We scrape jobs from feeds on various job boards such as Indeed to put them all in one location for users to find their dream job.
The main goal of the site is to have an easy Register tool to capture consumer info and then direct them to the Job Board. We will then follow up with Job Alerts via email marketing, so we need the registrations stored into a database (I will provide an API URL to post data too). I want a nice signup flow to capture data in an engaging manner to then redirect the user to a job board containing ads from our Job Feeds.
The signup flow for the form I like on another site is below to show you what I mean regarding a questionnaire which then leads to a form to register.

See the Power Point file to view in more detail on design I am after. The WordPress theme will need images to be around Jobs and looking for employment. A simple one page scrolling WordPress template will be fine. The Job Board page will need to be on its own.
All pages as follows for Word Press Theme:
- Home page
- contains form to register access via Home Page
- About Us content underneath form via scrolling page
- Job Board page (feed showing jobs via Indeed API)
- Contact Us
- Privacy Policy
- Terms and Conditions
User flow of the site will be to register in order to view job feeds based location/profile. The main purpose of the site is to increase conversion rate from visit to registration. We need a strong call to action and image of “Find Your Dream Job

Main goal is to have the home page as user friendly and engaging as possible to get users to enter their information.
The Job Feed API from Indeed needs to be linked to our site so there is a searching tool on the Job Board Page - [url removed, login to view]
Logo Files are available and I have FTP details ready for uploading of theme to [url removed, login to view] and require that to be done as well so all is ready to go to edit content under WP.
Looking forward to seeing who can help build this quickly. I am looking for a first draft within 24 hours and final completion within 72 hours if possible,
