Build a Lead Gen admin software (PHP, MySQL) & affiliate tracking via cookie

We are looking for a website for http://mightysafaris.com.

We want an administration 'backend' for this site (no landing pages). We have an existing basic design CSS that we can use.

We have an existing data model to be used (can be extended).

Note that we like you do code the Stripe functionality as well (we have an existing account there).

We also need you to implement the cookie tracking for affiliates (not a tricky thing to do).

These pages and functionality needs to be coded:

Affiliate

- Affiliate registration page

- track affiliate traffic via cookie (10days), overwrite when new traffic source

- attach affiliate ID to each lead

- earnings per day report page (table, fixed to last 90 days)

Provider

- provider registration page

- authorize card provider balance +$100 (cron job)

- show new leads on page (only matched for provider)

- change credit card information

- show past charges

- add bid

- change bid(s)

Admin

- see all provider and affiliate registrations, approve, send email notifications

- prepare Paypal mass payment (produce a CSV download) to pay affiliates

--> each matched & paid for lead we send commission to affiliate (see commission rate)
