I'd like to see a small web application that supports Google auth to grant calendar read access and then pulls in the last X months of calendar data and then uses a modern open source analytics and visualization tool to do some analysis of meetings and where time is spent. Ideally it would email a user each week or month with a nice looking report of calendar analytics.

Hi. If I understood you correctly you are building a tool to sell. For the visualization there are many alternatives including building something custom if required. We need to sit together and brainstorm some visuals if you don't have already, or I will prepare some ideas to choose from. Later if required a more sophisticated tool of analysis could be built, which will give advice of how to improve efficiency or maybe warn if too much work without rest.
