Building a website for real estate

We need a website for a real estate firm, where people can search and submit their properties. It is an ongoing project, so you'll need to start from current status. This project is made in codeigniter. We are looking for a freelancer who is good at codeigniter and have some past projects in codeigniter. About Project: We are making a website where people will submit their properties. 1. There are basically 5 types of user we are going to target -Individual Agents, Agents team members, Individual people, brokers, builders. Each user will have their own control panel, where they maintain their properties and manage their accounts. Now there are people who will visit the website, see the properties updated and make an account with us. Website will be in two languages, we'll provide you translations or translations will be managed by our staff. Whole website should be SEO friendly.
