I am looking at this chat app with multiple agents called [login to view URL] to be integrated to our Vacation Rentals website to serve for communication between potential house guests and rentors. I need someone who can integrate this app or a better app that serves the same purpose. Ideally communication between parties would work as it does in [login to view URL] where chat is not happening live but rather almost as an email back and forth with the chat recorded in the user' s dashboard. This is really what I would be aiming for since the chat above serves mostly for e-commerce support, where conversation don' t need to be recorded. I need someone to integrate an existing system that can work this way.
