Need to build a web app for a check-in and check-out system. Use the device's built-in camera, Android or IOS, to scan QR codes and automatically store a timestamp in a MySQL database based on the scanned code. 1. This QR Scanner must be able to use in both Androids and IOS Mobile devices. 2. Must be able to run the scripts in HTTPS and HTTP Requirements: 1. Page 1 (e.g [login to view URL]) - A form (Get method) to choose 'Choose a course ' (populated from the database), "Check-in" or "check-out" and submit. After submit bring new page. 2. Page 2 (e.g. [login to view URL]) - auto start QR Code Scanner using built-in mobile camera. 3. The scanner will scan the QR Code, save the data to MySQL, flash big green/red box for allow/denied, and ready for new scan.
