Console application .NET Pull files from FTP server

Hello I am in need of console application that can fetch files from FTP server locations based on time stamp. The login to the ftp web site is through RSA (SSH key). The program should work as intended below: a. The program will read list of ftp folder locations on a ftp server from a CSV file on the machine running the program. b. For each of the ftp folders, the program will fetch all files in XLSX format and save it in a path specified by an input XML file. c. The program will read a timestamp value adjacent to the ftp folder locations on the ftp server. To start with, this timestamp for each of the ftp folder will be null, i.e on the very first run of the program. As the program executes on each ftp folder retrieving all the XLSX files onto the local machine, the program will update the timestamp for that folder with the timestamp of the last uploaded file. d. Next time the program executes, it will fetch XLSX files only from that directory that have been uploaded beyond the time stamp value recorded in the CSV file adjacent to it. On copying the last uploaded files to the system, the latest upload timestamp is recorded to the CSV file, against corresponding FTP folder. e. If ftp file does not have newly uploaded files, the program will skip this directory, not copying any files or updating the timestamp. We will need to establish the program can copy files from a remote FTP server and execute the above algorithm for file copy. I cannot let direct access to the FTP server, but will try to provide as much information as required to get this done. Thanks
