I am starting up a server for a game and I have already purchased a website domain, hoster and a MySQL Database. I need someone to build me a website so I could publish it to the domain. It needs to have a Forums tab with user logins which are organized by the MySQL Database. Forum sections should include : General, Ban Appeals, Staff Applications, Staff Reports, Player Reports, Announcements, and a Help Forum. Then in another tab of the website should be the store with the 4 different ranks someone could buy. Then the final section should have a Rules section which I could add the rules and change them up a bit. At the bottom should have contact information, you get the jist.
Ill be happy if this is done and I could customize it pretty easily later on. Thanks.
