Hi there, I have read initial requirements & checked the attached PDF document to understand the overall scope of work. As per my understanding, Web application is to be developed which will collect data and will generate graphical reports. the Graphs will be inserted into one of the eight templates. Current Jot Form is being used to collect data and Excel is being used for reports and graphs. We have following questions. Kindly let us know about the templates which are to be used for reports? Which type of data will be collected and users will have to login to fill the particular forms? Just so you know I am flexible in prices, as quality & long-term relationship is more important.
