create plug-in for word press functions!

Hello I am looking for somebody to make a word-press plugin that provides vendor membership and inventory functions: Fee/Membership functions: Make a plug-in for fees/membership, promotional add-ons etc.. • Edit or Create a membership packages o $x for into period, (30/60/90/days) then full price of Y$ o Charge $.X per listed item (example: $.10 per item, and $.05 per variation) • Product Limit o User limit on Rss product uploads based on selected membership o Limit user product uploads based on selected membership • Add-ons and promotional listings o Promotions: If a user wants to promote an Item on the side wither in the slider or on the main page they get charged $x amount per week and select number of weeks to run. o Add-ons fee’s like a small monthly fee to use the Rss importer • Dashboard to manage users and accounts o Activate or deactivate accounts o Manage user packages and add-on items etc. • Email communications templates messages for changes to vendor accounts and activity Importer / Inventory functions: Import products via data feed, in the vendor dashboard, excel, or XML including item variations and multiple photos • The importer should update existing data, Qty, Descriptions, Price, images, etc, and import new items. It should not have to be 100% reloaded each time. • Ensure all product photos from feeds are imported and included on item pages in webstore • Ability to turn on automatically update products from feeds on a time schedule for larger accounts • Importer should only accept products assigned to the exiting categories in the store o If the category tree is not correct, it should flag to be corrected, before going into the store. • Provide an excel template for uploading products to the store o Enable users to either use or see what format they need to import products to the store o Allow users to maintain their inventories and control their products
