Create a Review Page on Magento 2 Bootstrap - display data from Magento database table

We require someone with Magento 2 knowledge including ability to add a page which links to a database table and display content true to design. IMPORTANT - Layout design includes sliders. When each slide is showing a portion of previous and next can be seen on left and right. See design attached for visual.
Slider 1 contains customer reviews. Slider 2 contains Social Media Influencer Review.

Slider 2 content input manually in code ( we will supply txt file )
We require a bespoke review page to display customer reviews. We have done the responsive design and that can be supplied as PDF. We have added a new database table containing customer review content.
