Ideal platform or technologies will be PHP, MYSQL, JAVASCRIPT Responsive to work with tablet and pc the developer has to design the pages using existing them and then code the backend. no advance; only 10% fee can be created as milestone and will be released when page 1 and 2 will be done and then simillarly rest of milestones will be created. people with negative feedback or generic bid will be ignored.
