Custom changes in plugins/ReHub theme

Hi, I want to make some custom worpress changes, would be nice if you are familiar with ReHub theme ([login to view URL]) Please register before bid here [login to view URL] (Register button -->[login to view URL]) on website to understand-view the following tasks : 1. Optimize Smartphone and Tablet view 2. When users insert some images, are very big (Example [login to view URL] ). Task 2 is to view all images as same width/size in website review posts. 3. When a new user is created, a basic wordpress bar is showed like admin. Task 3 is to remove or hide that wordpress "admin" bar. 4. Website Page loading is very high. Don't know if site is loading all categories at beggining by Javascript, but it last too long. Task 4 is to reduce to minimun the page loading time to a short and acceptable time loading. 5. When u create a new post review and put a youtube or vimeo link, one time shows videeo in same post and other times in an external link. All videos may show in same post review page: Example: -Post with video that is played on the same page: [login to view URL] -Post with video that is redirected to youtube youtube: [login to view URL] Task 5 is to fix this. 6. There is an option to verify the registered user's email account. Activate it to verify the veracity of it. 7. If u publish without any content (blank). Fix this, posts only can be ok if all fields are filled Mandatory fields: Category ([login to view URL]), Pros/Cons and slide ([login to view URL]) 8. Big stars showed in products arew pixelated. Fix this (Example: [login to view URL]) 9. In users profile page is there some text that needs to be tranlated: [login to view URL] 10. Put filters on products page ([login to view URL]) like order posts A-Z Z-A or by score or price
