Hi I apologize for my suggestion, but if your core Database is SQL Server, you should evaluate the possibility to choose the natural language to communicate with that database, in this cases we are talking Entity Framework Core as ORM, running in a ASP.NET application.
ASP.NET comes in three flavors, old and slow ASP.NET Classic Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC that came around 2006, and the latest ASP.NET Core 2.2, which is one of the top 10 fastest frameworks out there by independent benchmarks, if faster even than node.js
If you want this project to be done in ASP.NET Core 2.2 and hosted in Microsoft Azure (which starting price is $7/month) we can do that for you
We deliver full source code, we do twice a week progress videos, on wednesdays and sundays, so its not like a blackout for you for weeks, every 3 days you will know how is the status of the project
We also are advance T-SQL developers, fetch cursors, Triggers, Pivotting, Dynamic SQL, SQL JSON, you name it
Thanks!
Felice
