I need someone to develop a Zapier app with the following details:
1) Trigger on "New Subscriber" - Triggers when a new subscriber is added to a list.
2) Action to "Find or Create new Email Subscriber" - Find a subscriber by email or name. Optionally, create one if none are found.
3) Action to "Unsubscribe Email from a List" - Unsubscribes an email address from a list of your choosing.
