My client is running a Charity website made using joomla with the JoomDonate plugin and we process credit card donations via SecurePay (plugin for this has been made by developers). The issue we have is that when donations are processed there is no donor name/payee associated in the backend of Securepay so we cannot match which money has come in to the person who donated. This is an example of how our site works: Attached is an example of what we see at the backend of Securepay when checking transactions that come through. One picture of it not working and the other working (it used to work in the past, not anymore) So what we would like you to do: 1. We need securepay gateway to show the payor/payee details in the backend of securepay when we login). The Payor/payee details will come from the form the user filled in when making a donation. 2. After you've made changes, you need to ensure that Securepay works when processing donations as a 'one-time' donation and also when selecting 'recurring' donation option. We've had the issue of when we had the developers try to fix this and other bits broke so we need to make sure that it's all working.
