Customization of a Wordpress Theme

Goal of the website: A directory website (with the MyListing theme: [login to view URL]) where service providers can list their services and website visitors can search for these service providers. Problem to be solved by customization: Service providers can currently only add their company address. However, a lot of these service providers offer house calls within a certain radius of their company address. We need to customize the search/google maps so that service providers can add a radius in which they offer house calls and make them show up in the search results. Current flow/process in the theme: 1) Service provider can register with one company address. 2) Website visitors can search for a service provider by address (either whole address, or just a city or zip code) and also within a certain radius of that address. 3) The results page (called "explore page") lists all the service providers whose company address falls within that search criteria (meaning, their address equals the search location or is within the radius the website visitor was searching for) and also shows them tagged with an icon on a google map. How I want it to be: 1) Service provider can register with company address + add a radius in which they offer house calls (e.g. 50 kilometers). 2) Results page lists all the service providers that match the search criteria. This means: a) their company address equals the searched address b) their company address is within the searched radius c) „the house call radius“ of the service provider crosses with the search criteria (and therefore also falls within the search criteria even if their company address is outside the search radius of the website visitor) 3) Service providers who only offer a housecall withing that radius will also show up as a tag on the google map as well as in the search result list. (This is different from last time where I didn’t want them to show up in the map) 4) Currently listing fields (like address, description, pictures etc.) can be shown/hidden based on the listing package (e.g. basis/standard/premium). Adding the radius for house calls would also be a listing field that can be shown/hidden based on listing package so that only those who have bought e.g. the premium package can add their house call radius.
