I have had a look at the ejobsitesoftware page screenshots. What you want is very clear. We can do this in 2 steps 1) Create all pages with a Bootstrap template - I have worked with admin templates like inspinia , sing etc- most templates follow the same structure - any template should be ok 2) Create backend PHP functions/services to manage data - I assume the backend is mySQL. - I have done such work already for OSME(see my portfolio) I can complete these tasks well in budget and time. I am a full stack developer with 16 years of programming experience- constituting AngularJS, IONIC with material design, a number of PHP based websites, single page applications, responsive design with BOOTSTRAP 4 etc. and strong SQL skills.
