Develop Software with Amazon API

I am looking for someone to help me develop software to analyze Amazon API reports and bring them in to an easy user interface. I have an example of what I would like the software to look like and how to use it. The backend information such as which reports to pull, how to store it in the database, and how to query and analyze it, we will need to discuss together. I know how to analyze Amazon reports in excel, which I can show you. From there, we can determine what Amazon API calls to make and how to query the SQL database. The front end, I can show you based on another website that I have used. I want to stop using it and have my own in house software. Please let me know if you have any questions. I would like the software to pull information via Amazon API and store it all in databases that we can query information from. We also want this to be automated so when I or another person logs in, the software has updated, analyzed and displayed cases with issues. I imagine that this will take about 3-4 months to develop, test, etc. If it works out nicely, we are looking to grow it in to something that other sellers can use, which will provide you with consistent work of support and maintenance. I will pay by milestone, NOT BY HOUR. I am interested in someone who has good English skills, can speak over the phone, can speak between 9-5p EST, has previous web app development, and is patient. Again, I am a business man, not a developer. You should be willing to explain and help me understand your processes. If you do not posses the abilities in this paragraph, then we won't be a good fit.
