We're using the WooCommerce Wholesale Prices Premium to add Wholesale prices to our WooCommerce store. At the moment, only Wholesale user roles can see the wholesale price, however, we want all customers to be able to see the wholesale price. Users dont need to be able to check out and pay with the wholesale option, it just needs to link to a contact form.
