We want a professional software company which can build a large scale eCommerce websites/ online stores based on Magento 1.9.2.4 platform. Certification from magento is preferable. In addition they should have customization experience as per client requests. We will provide a very crude draft website design structure to help you start with.
Here are some of our important requirements, out of our all requirements, listed below. Note that only the following requirements are not limited to the scope of current project. Eventually, we will go over detailed requirements when project will roll over.
1. Kuteshop theme Demo 02 will be used for the store. We already purchased the theme from [login to view URL] This theme basically will reduce the customization effort.
2. Webkul drophip module will be used since we will dropship some item. We will purchase that module.
3. Categories and sub-categories need to be built approximately following Ali Express. Excluded categories are Weddings & Events, Lights and Lighting, Furniture & Food.
4. Attribute and attribute set need to be created for each sub category following eBay attribute set for the respective sub-category item. Some attribute can be shared across different attribute set.
5. For each sub-category at least 15 products need to be created. We will provide the weblink, price, warehouse location for the products.
6. All products will be simple or configurable product. We will not use simple product with custom options at all since this has limitation in the context of inventory management etc.
7. Header and footer need to be customized. We will provide layout. You need to provide content like return, shipping, privacy, terms and condition etc. Top menu need to be customized a little bit from current to Featured Products, Latest Products, Most Viewed, Best Selling and Sale Products.
8. Shipping: We will use 3rd party cloud based [login to view URL] service for our shipping management: printing shipping label, void label, return label, request for pickup. We will do worldwide shipping. Real time shipping rate based on box-size, weight and location for USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx in checkout page. Free shipping will be via e-packet. We will also have option to offer flat rate and combined shipping. Customer will see estimated delivery time like Ali Express.
9. TAX: Tax calculation in the cart/check out page on total cart $ and shipping charge for taxable goods for Texas, USA based shipping address.
10. RMA: We will purchase RMA extension from [login to view URL] management. Unregistered or registered user can initiate the return request and follow up. Need a little bit setting change.
11. Advanced Report: daily, weekly and yearly total sales etc. Able to see total sale itemized basis. For this purpose, we will buy the extension from [login to view URL]
12. Payment gateway option: [login to view URL] cim. We will buy extension from [login to view URL] We will also buy extension order editor [login to view URL]
13. Customer can see the order status/shipping/tracking status on our site/outside by login. [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] could be used in this case.
14. Mobile and responsive design
15. Importing/exporting product data via csv etc.
