Experienced person in Tactical Pad app

Hi all,

I have a sports website in which there are 2 types of users free users and premium users. I want to add the football coaching app 'Tactical Pad' via my sporting connect website.

Currently, Tactical Pad app only allows people to purchase annually but I have contacted them and planned on a monthly basis. At the moment when members go to the job feed to upgrade they see Figure 1. What I want is a style similar to Spotify, whereby members have the option to upgrade to premium (When user select premium they can access premium job feed)or a premium plus(when the user select premium plus they can access the Tactical Pad) option like Figure 2.I want to add the Tactical Pad app to the site and also do you have an idea as to how this would work with PayPal? Would I need to set up a new subscription service, or can this be linked to the existing setup?
