Finish update Magento 2.2.6 to 2.3.1

We need to manually migrate many sections. If you see my reviews i have sound knowledge of magento. From commad we cannot migrate magento like this way . We have to create many tables which are absent in old and are needed in new and many other things as well

Good evening. Basically Plan for fixing your staging Magento 2.3.1 install is pretty simply - it stack on the middle of updating db component of core Magento, and cant go forward/back (roll-up), and that's why all other modules db data/scheme upgrade also can proceed until proper end. So basically after small additional debug of which data of such part is already loaded into db and which miss, and simply do proper cleanup/roll-up on previous data portion, so all M2 upgrade procedure unlocked and proceed up till finish successfully. So basically need proper ssh access/db access/and M2 backend to proceed. Since used to quick fix same things on M2 often in past, think can repair all properly within 2-3 hours max or even quicker. It's seen that your database gets corrupted..We need to repair db and check if any table or view is deleted or not... If its deleted we need to create and do the upgrade after that..
