I am looking for someone who are expert with python. I want to find the matching strings in the database to input the 10 program ids in the same rows as the matching strings, but on my code it will write each different program ids in the records like 3012, 3062, 3053, 3063, 3055 for bbc one which it should start with 3001, 3002...etc to 3010 for bbc one, 3011 to 3020 for bbc two, 3021 to 3030 for itv, 3031 to 3040 for channel 4, 3041 to 3050 for channel 5, 3051 to 3060 for sky one and 3061 to 3070 for sky living. I want you to fix the bug for $20. When you fix it, please send me the proof of screenshot. Thanks for your interest.

I would like to proceed for this project. I have seen the data. There are a lot of duplicates as well. I want to discuss the data so i can fix as per your requirement. Relevant Skills and Experience I have vast experience of data cleaning and analyzing. I have written many crawlers and utilities to fix and clean data in Python and VB.NET. Proposed Milestones $1 USD - Understand Data $1 USD - Fix Code $1 USD - User Acceptance Test $22 USD - Final Code Delivery I need some explanation of data. For example, there are total 385 records for 102 BBC Two. But if we check distinct records then there are only 144. How you want to assign program id to these? Same is the case with other channels like 101 BBC One. I can deliver this quickly if you can clarify above.
