Frontend wont update with backend on Ultimo Theme Magento 2

I have had this issue serval times now, my backend updates like colour, layout etc don't change on the frontend for example my add to basket is orange now but grey in the backend, I also have text in the header thats not in the backend so something not linking up correctly.

Hello Sir, There will be a static color and text written in the Magento 2 files. Because of that with the update on back end front end doesn't get updated. So need to make it dynamic. I can solve this issue but you would have to provide me ftp details. Thanks, Jignesh Shah.
