I have a custom WP theme that uses Gravity Forms to send entry data to a 3rd party NetSuite form. This is done through the [url removed, login to view] file within the WP theme. The current code posts all necessary fields to NetSuite (NS) correctly. However, I am have a few issues that need to be fixed:
1. After you hit the "send" button in the form, the website takes nearly 9 seconds to "submit" the form and move the user to the thank you page. There is obviously some conflict that is causing this delay. You'll need to find and fix this delay to reduce the submit time.
2. The form requires the zip code of the contact. After the user fills out the form completely and clicks the "submit" button, what I want done is to send the zip code to a third party website look up service, retrieve the city & state details THEN insert those variable into the form BEFORE posting to 3rd party NetSuite Form. You will need to re-write the php code to accomplish this query.
3. Need the NS session id to be passed through to form as 'leadsource'. For example, [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] Your task will be write the correct code for this feature to work correctly.
In the attached txt file, you'll find the php code I currently use. You will need to adjust the code as necessary to accomplish the 3 task listed above. Please ping me with any questions you may have.
To be successfully in this project, you will need STRONG PHP, NetSuite, Wordpress, Gravity Forms, knowledge. You will need to troubleshoot the issues listed above and figure out a solution. If you DO NOT have experience with PHP, NetSuite, Wordpress and Gravity Forms, then you are not the right person for this project. I recommend you to not waste your time or mine. Thanks!
