For example, where is the site hosted and do you still have the login credentials for your domain registrar and host accounts? If either of these is not true then it is likely that you will not be able to update your site. I would need to understand the situation. Sounds like a nightmare scenario. However, there are a number of things we can do immediately. I have many, many years of (painfully acquired!) experience of recovering and rebuilding hacked and vandalised Wordpress sites, and also of setting systems in place to ensure that this cannot happen again.
