Hi These are known problems (not bugs) 1. CSV import do not run workflows - because large volume of load may crash server - you have to mass edit chunk by chunk after import. If you need to automate, we can develop a script on this which will run through CRON 2. Picklist - This is a default behavior. To halt import if a picklist value is missing, code should be customized and which is a core change.
