Inventory Software Development

I am looking for someone to help develop a web based inventory software that would function similar to an excel workbook. Please let me know what kind of timeline you would need and an estimated price. I look forward to speaking further with some of you. The project: I am in the used auto parts business and would like web based software that will assist in part inventory and item listing on selling channels. Bulk item listing on selling channels can be labor intensive when having to manually enter the values for listing categories that are required before posting to a marketplace. Generally these categories remain the same for each part regardless of the vehicle they are removed from and the parts are the same across vehicle platforms. Ie: A bumper’s listing categories are mostly the same whether it’s a Toyota, Audi or Ferrari. I believe this software will need to reference a couple of databases. First database would be a list of 300-400 standard parts that can be checked in. The “part” has additional data that is attached to it for listing field purposes. This data is shown in figure 1 as an example. This list is relatively complete right now but cars are continuously having technology added so if there is a part type that I have not come across I would need to add it to the database. Something like a csv sent to the developer to make the additions would be fine for me. But ideally there would be an option to add a new part to the database. The second list would contain a database of part numbers and their metrics as shown in figure 2. I am trying to reduce the data recording steps. The cars sometimes share the same part numbers or I do the same vehicles so in theory I should have the part information in the database already. So by entering the part number a series of metrics should be attached to that similar to the part name. An addition to this if possible would be to have the “part number” and “alternate part number” be linked in a sense that if I were to enter either number the software would recognize the link between them and pull the metrics. When a new vehicle arrives for dismantling there would either be an option to “start a new vehicle” that would populate the window shown to begin checking in items or another column to attach a vehicle stock number. I have attached a image of what I picture it looking something like. Basically I would need to be able to track the vehicle the parts were removed from. For check in I am thinking something simple like marking items that are good and then having a submit button that would send them to the inventory database. A part number should be entered before submission but is not required. I would like this information to be sent to a excel like spreadsheet so that further edits can be made if needed.
