Issue with Revolution Slider in Wordpress and Video File

We have a revolution slider on our home page and we have embedded a video to play in the background from Youtube. The sound does not play back which we need fixed. Additionally there is a border around the video we need removed. Also there are black bars at the top and bottom of the video that need to be removed.
