2. Overall Description

2.1 Product Functions

 Provide End User a means to Search for their Requirements based on Location Availability

 Provide a means to Vendors to Register and List their Products and Services based on

Location

 Provide the Product Owner a means to ease the interaction between Vendors and Users

2.2 User Classes and Characteristics

There shall be four layers of login/register:

 Frontend for vendors and end users.

 Backend for multiple admins and one super-admin.

3. External Interface Requirements

3.1 User Interfaces

 Responsive across all devices

4. Product Features

4.1 There should be a dashboard through which the admins and super admin

can;

4.1.1 keep track of the vendors, end users and products.

4.1.2 share the leads generated to the vendors via SMS and emails.

4.1.3 manage inventory.

4.2 Admins should have unique ID only generated by the Super Admin.

4.3 Super Admin should be able to create, edit and delete Admin Accounts.

4.4 should be able to provide chat support to end users & vendors (via Zoho

Chat).

4.5 The end user should be able to search for the listed products based on the

city and a form to capture the end user details to be forwarded as leads to the

vendors.

4.6 The expiry date of the subscription period of the vendors should be visible

on their profile.

4.7 Extension/Renewal of the subscription period feature should be available.
