Looking for a Web-Based Softwares Developer.

We're looking for a developer who can think on their feet, who can follow instructions and stick to deadlines. We are looking for a long-term developer to help us finish current software for business use. Our primary clients are small to medium sized Internet Marketers, so the software's must be smart, easy to use, and most importantly be built according to our requirement. Knowledge and ability to create good-looking UIs and design the software with a good design is a must. -Please provide at least THREE examples of recent software's you have built, and to what extent you were involved with the project. -How would you rate your experience/competence in Soft Dev for a Business Audience out of 10 (10 being excellent, 1 being poor?) -How would you rate your adherence to deadlines out of 10 (10 being excellent, 1 being poor?)
